the shower system is absolutely ridiculous, you can’t wash without soaking your hair! and the shared toilets? oh please, utterly disgusting. i can’t believe i wasn’t even offered a complimentary upgrade for such a dreadful experience. i expected at least some distinction as a guest, but alas. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.
